Hongyi Chemical, in collaboration with Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, has published research findings in the international journal《Chemical Engineering Journal Advances》, driving technological advancements in liquid fluorescent whitening agents.

Recently, a research paper titled 《Facile preparation of stable liquid fluorescent whitening agents via anti-solvent precipitation》, based on research conducted jointly by Zhejiang Hongyi Chemical Co., Ltd. and a research team from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, has been officially accepted for publication in the international journal Chemical Engineering Journal Advances.

Chemical Engineering Journal Advances is an international academic journal in the field of chemical engineering published by Elsevier; it is also a sister journal to 《Chemical Engineering Journal》. It focuses primarily on chemical engineering, new materials and advanced technologies, and wields considerable influence within the international chemical engineering community. The paper published in this issue is an SCI-indexed academic paper and has been awarded an academic contribution score of 6.9.

This research was supported by the Longquan Municipal Key Science and Technology Programme (2025KJCZ-001) and focused primarily on the preparation process for liquid fluorescent brighteners specifically designed for polyester.
To address the drawbacks of traditional processes, including high energy consumption, long preparation cycles, and insufficient storage stability, the R&D team proposed the novel hyper‑dispersant‑assisted anti‑solvent precipitation process to prepare ER‑series liquid fluorescent whitening agent nanosuspensions.
