 Product application:   
  1. Polyester fabric:   
- Improves the brightness and whiteness of polyester and polyester blend fabrics.

 Fluorescent whitening agent ER-I Instructions for use:   
  1. Filling hot melt method:   
- Dosage: 0.5-1.5 g/L 
- Process: twice padding (70% liquid extraction) → pre-drying (100℃) → baking (180-190℃ 30-40 seconds).
  2. High temperature and high pressure impregnation method:   
- Dosage: 0.2-0.5% (o.w.f) 
- Liquor ratio: 1:10-30 
- Dyeing temperature 120-135℃ 
- Dyeing time: 30-60 minutes 
- PH value: 6-13.
  3. Low-temperature adsorption and high-temperature fixation impregnation method:   
- Dosage: 0.5-1.0% (o.w.f) 
- Liquor ratio: 1:10-20 
- Dyeing temperature 50-60℃ 
- Dyeing time: 30 minutes 
- pH value: 4.5-5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid). 
- Process flow: Mix with additives and follow appropriate heating and fixation steps.
